2 or More Nights Required to Book This Package •This package is not available Memorial Day through Labor Day, Holidays, Special Events, Saturdays or Peak Periods. • All rooms will accommodate up to 4 people. Additional person charge is $20 per person per night (no charge for children under 3). Mt. Olympus Park Admission for Hotel Rome guests is non- transferable to another party or to a later date. Wristbands are required for all guests to use pool areas and Indoor and Outdoor Water & Theme Parks.
• Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you do not check-in on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10:30am.
• If Hotel Rome accepts your offer, Hotel Rome will book your reservation and will immediately charge your credit card the total cost of your stay. If your offer is not accepted, a counter offer may be issued. Hotel Rome’s counter offer will expire in 12 hours. Rooms purchased through Hotel Rome’s “Make an Offer” can not be cancelled, changed or transferred and refunds are not allowed. If your offer is not accepted within 12 hours, your credit card will not be charged.
• The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in (All guests must be at least 18 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian). The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at check-in or check-out. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fee -$7 per night per room) or optional (phone calls or room charges) and are not included in your offer price.
• Hotel rooms purchased through Hotel Rome’s “Make an Offer” may not be combined with any upgrades, vouchers, other discounts, incentives, promotions or pre-existing reservations.
